Designed to advance your technical knowledge and skills. Coach Kalvar will cover discus throw and rotational shot put. There will be a video review and analysis to identify drills to improve technique. Clinic attendees should bring throwing shoes and water. If you do not have shoes, please answer the questions when you register for the event on Signup Genius. You are welcome to bring your own implements, but it is not required. Attendees under age 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver.
