Club sessions occur weekly throughout the year (see schedule for more details) and are open to ages 10 and up. Sessions are tailored to each athlete and what they want to improve on. 

 

Membership to the club is free, however there may be fees associated with shoe rentals and other club activities. You will be notified of any additional fees in advance.

 

We ask new club members to schedule a one on one session before attending your first club practice.

 

Throwers should bring water and are expected to have throwing shoes.  If you don't have throwing shoes you can rent them from the club for $2 per day.  Implements are provided by the Southern Indiana Throws Club and remain the property of Damien Kalvar. You are free to bring your own regulation implements if you prefer. If you are a javelin thrower, you need to bring your own javelin - we do not have javelins on site.

 

You must sign our waiver of liability before participating.

 

Parking is available in the driveway closest to the red house - please do not park on the drive closest to the throwing cage, it is a shared drive and should not be blocked.
