Middle School/Junior High Discus & Rotational Shot Put Clinic

Designed for beginning throwers in middle school and junior high. You will learn the basics of discus throw and rotational shot put and drills to improve technique. To sign up for the clinic, please send your email to throwitfar@kalvar.com and we will send you an invitation to the clinic.

Clinic attendees should bring throwing shoes and water. If you do not have shoes, please answer the questions when you register for the event on Signup Genius. You are welcome to bring your own implements, but it is not required. Attendees will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver. This is a free clinic, but donations are always appreciated.
